@Hand is a storage and retrieval document management system designed with simplicity and affordability in mind. This system is for those who do not require complex features that will seldom (if ever) be used and for which you pay a premium. Instead, this system was designed with an intuitive interface and only with those features that are essential to maintaining and organizing large amounts of documentation. In addition, we can bundle @Hand with a web server and a database, providing you with a truly "turnkey" solution.

With @Hand, you can perform online information searches in seconds, view your search results then view and print documents. Using the Check In/Check Out feature, you can edit/review a file in a work room with selected staff, then create a new revision.  Any file type, from text to multimedia, is supported by the system.
