We use a phase/task methodology which defines specific tasks to be accomplished throughout the project. Initial interviews with the client identify the nature and scope of the project. Company History

PacificTec Progressive Solutions was founded in 1991 by Carlos Quiroga.

Carlos began his career as a technical writer with Hewlett-Packard in Sonoma County. He was responsible for writing user's guides, training guides, service guides, programming guides, and quick-reference guides. The experience he gained documenting complex hardware and software products and systems for Hewlett-Packard afforded Carlos the opportunity to freelance as a technical writer to supplement his income.

In the early 1990's, Carlos recognized the need among large and small companies for outside technical writing expertise and decided to start his own technical writing firm.

Since then, PacificTec has gained a wealth of experience documenting products and processes in many industries.
